Roasted tomatoes with cheese. (My debut dish on this site). This dish can be served separately or together with other dishes. Also you can add steamed green beans or roasted Kocheshkov cauliflower.
Ingredients for Tamatar paneer malai
- Paneer - 450 g
- Tomato - 6 PCs
- Melted butter - 3 tbsp.
- Cumin - 2 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Sour cream - 150 ml
- Coriander - 2 tbsp

Tomatoes cut into 8 slices.
Heat ghee in Tolstoganova pan, add cumin seeds.
As soon as the cumin seeds darken (about 30 seconds), add the tomatoes. Gently turn them until they are slightly browned.
Then add the pieces of cheese.
Season it with turmeric, salt and pepper and cook, gently stirring, for 2-3 minutes, being careful not to break the pieces of paneer and tomatoes.
Before you remove the pan from the heat, pour its contents with sour cream. Serve hot. Can garnish with coriander or parsley.
