Ingredients for Cherry - Apple pie
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Yeast - 50 g
- Milk - 1 Cup.
- Flour - 4 Stak.
- Margarine - 250 g
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Cherry - 0.5 l
- Apple - 3-4 PCs
- Potato starch - 3 tbsp.
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Cherry - Apple pie
Prepare a brew of milk, yeast, sugar, salt. Leave for 15 min.
Grind the flour with margarine, add the egg and enter the dough.
Knead the dough. Leave for 40 mins in the fridge.
Divide the dough two parts. In the form of a high-side spread portion of the dough on it - canned cherries (pitted), sprinkle with starch and sugar.
On top lay the apples, cut into wedges. Close pie the second part of the dough and brush with egg yolk.
Decorate as desired!
Put in oven for 45 mins at 180*C
