After another "intimidation" brother with the reminder: "Why are you steaming?", I descended today to the section "About tasty and healthy food"))). Dinner turned out pretty bad, and the meat sauce has caused a storm of positive emotions.

First of all, marinade for meat. I had chicken breast (1/2) liver, heart and stomach of a duck, wings and legs duck. Cut them as small as possible.
Pour soy sauce, add salt (if needed), pepper, Basil, marjoram. Mix well and leave to marinate for about 1 hour.

From above put a bowl for cereals, fall asleep washed rice. Add the spices - salt, cumin, turmeric. Fill it with water. 300 grams of rice left in 450 ml of water.
Set the timer for 40 min. This time is sufficient for cooking rice.
Remove the bowl of rice and set the timer for another 20 minutes. In the end, the meat had been in the course of 1 hour.

In the pan for spices formed the broth from the meat. Part of it we pour in the rice (no gravy? instead of butter?).
And 200 grams set aside to cool.
In a dish mix honey (1 tsp), mustard (1,5 tsp), crushed garlic, lemon juice. Mix well and add bouillon.
