Step 1

The flesh is cut between the ribs, place the ribs in a non-oxidizing dish, add wine, butter, sprinkle with thyme, salt, pepper.
Marinate 12 hours in the cold.


Step 2

Prepared Prime rib to roast for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.


Step 3

Mix the ingredients for the glaze. Remove ribs from oven, brush with glaze and cook another 15 minutes.


Step 4
