Ingredients for Orange fish
Step by step instruction of cooking Orange fish
Of orange and lemon and squeeze the juice (you will get approx. 150 ml.).
The flour mix with the saffron and dissolve it in 50 ml of water. Set aside for now.
Fish dry, salt, fry until cooked, place on warmed plate or in a warm oven.
In the same pan, quickly fry the chopped garlic, pour the juice of lemon and orange, lightly steam and add diluted in water the flour with the saffron. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to obtain a homogeneous sauce. A little bit of salt.
Feeding, watering fish sauce.
