I was introduced to this dish about 30 years ago, future husband asked me to make moussaka, I have my eyes on the forehead:) What a moussaka, with what it eat? I had to learn, fortunately, it's very simple)) Then began to add vegetables: eggplant, mushrooms. This dish helps me when tired of cooking, when you a handful of meat and a few mushrooms or Balaganchik. When you need a hearty feed the family and do not want to stand at the stove. 20 minutes to prepare and all the "pot" itself is prepared, you can relax!)) In order to avoid misunderstandings, I would like to add that Moussaka is cooked in all the Balkan countries. This recipe is from the Croatian-Bosnian cuisine. This casual simple and hearty dish.
