Puff pies with pear and spinach

The recipe I saw yesterday Vysotskaya "Eat at home", and I wanted to try, even with all my dislike of spinach. And flair had not deceived me - tastes like my favorite hot cakes with sorrel.

- Spinach - 150 g
- Lemon - 0,5 PCs
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Puff pies with pear and spinach
Pear remove the seeds.
Cut into cubes and add to a pan with hot butter.
To pears to squeeze the juice from half of a lemon, pour 2 tablespoons of sugar all together and saute a few minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
