Ingredients for Muffins with smoked salmon and Apple
- Flour - 80 g
- Leavening agent - 1/2 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 40 g
- Milk - 30 g
- Salmon - 60 g
- Parmesan - 30 g
- Apple - 1/2 PCs
- Orange zest
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Muffins with smoked salmon and Apple
Mix the flour and baking powder.
Milk (or cream: I used cream) mixed with vegetable oil in a separate bowl.
Egg beat well with a fork or whisk, add in the milk-oil mixture.
The fish is cut very finely (I had the smoked sturgeon).
To the flour add the milk-egg mixture, the grated Parmesan or any hard cheese. Mix well.
Grate the peeled Apple. We will add to our milk-flour mixture. I also add fish, salt, pepper, the grated zest of an orange. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Molds for muffins I had very little silicone. Turned 11 pieces.
Fill the molds to 2/3 of its volume. Bake in preheated oven for 15-17 minutes at that. 180°.
