Ingredients for Cabbage pie
- Cabbage - 0,5 forks
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Bread crumbs - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Cabbage pie
To chop the cabbage.
Onion cut into cubes.
The cabbage together with onions fry in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cool.
Add in the cabbage, a spoonful of breadcrumbs.
Beat eggs with mayonnaise and sour cream (you can season with a little salt).
Add flour mixed with baking powder. The batter should be like thick cream.
Cabbage spread on a greased baking sheet
and pour the batter. Put in the oven.
Bake at 180*C until Golden color.
Cool, cut and eat with pleasure!
