Ingredients for Salad "Matilda"
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Crab sticks - 240 g
- Corn - 1 ban.
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Matilda"
Cut the mushrooms and fry.
Crab sticks cut into thin slices.
Carrots to RUB on a large grater and to extinguish in a pan under cover until tender.
Onions cut into thin half rings and fry in small amount of oil.
If so, add a little all-purpose seasoning.
Mix all of the ingredients. Suggest mayonnaise before serving.
