Very delicious cake turned out, thanks to my experimentation and the elimination of sour cream that had the extra in the fridge before the new year. Gentle and moderately humid, I recommend to try to bake it.
Ingredients for Cupcake with eggnog and pudding
- Sour cream - 1 Cup.
- Liqueur - 1 Cup.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Flour - 250-300 g
- Pudding vanilla - 1 package.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Leavening agent - 1 package.
- Vanilla - 1 package.
- Jam - 1-2 tbsp
- Raisins - 1 Gorst.
- Powdered sugar

Sour cream, egg liqueur, butter and eggs stir until smooth.
Add the sugar and stir.
Sifted flour combine with pudding, baking powder, and vanilla.
I just poured the dry powder of pudding from Haas.

The dry mixture is mixed with the liquid until smooth, add raisins and jam made from orange peels.
The batter is about the consistency as pancakes.

Pour the batter into cake pan, greased and floured.
Bake at 180*C, for time, focus on your oven. I was baked for 5 minutes.
