Decided to share my recipe schnitzel udder. However, many do not favor dishes from this wonderful "place", and for good reason - this recipe can convince you that the udder is a wonderful, tasty product. Schnitzel it turns out very tasty, tender, with a browned, crispy crust!
Ingredients for Schnitzel "Royal"
- Offal - 1 kg
- Spices - 1 cat.
- Chicken egg - 2-3 PCs
- Flour - 100 g
- Bread crumbs - 100 g
- Bay leaf - 2-3 PCs
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 150 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Schnitzel "Royal"

The udder is cut into 2 pieces and soak in cold water with salt and vinegar for 2 hours. Drain, pour clean, bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes, again drain the water, wash the udder with cold water, pour clean water and boil for 5 minutes. This procedure is to be done 4-5 times.
Then the udder should be washed, put in a pressure cooker, cover with water, add Bay leaf and cook for 2 hours in a pressure cooker.

Cut into large, but not too thin slices, as steak.

Now each slice salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with spices to barbecue or grill, marinade for 1 hour.

Fry until Golden brown in a hot pan in vegetable oil.
