Ingredients for Cake Happy New Year
- Flour - 14 tbsp.
- Sugar - 20 tbsp
- Sour cream - 300 g
- Condensed milk - 6 tbsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Soda - 11/4 tsp
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp.
- Milk - 0.5 l
- Semolina - 3,5 tbsp
- Butter - 300 g
- Powdered sugar - 200 g
- Lemon - 1,5 PCs
- Vanilla sugar - 3 pack.
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Egg white - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake Happy New Year
Mix all the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, cocoa, salt.
Pogasit soda vinegar. Pour in the batter.
Add sour cream and condensed milk, mix everything carefully.
Half of the dough pour in a greased and floured baking sheet.
Bake at a temperature of 250*C for 15-20 minutes. Readiness check the torch.
