Step by step instruction of cooking Dessert "In the forest born herringbone..."
To start bake the cake-base. Basically, to save time and effort, you can take the ready cake-brick. But we are not looking for easy ways ;-)
In General, divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Squirrels leave, but not in the fridge! If the house is cold, a Cup of protein to put in warm water. So the squirrels have acquired a temperature of about 20*C. Why is it necessary, will tell you later:-)
Beat yolks white with 1 stack. sugar pours gradually.
Pour in the yogurt, whisk.
Add melted and cooled margarine.
Soda Gasim vinegar and add. Whisk.
Sift flour. Again all whisk.
Form bottom carpeted baking paper, pour the dough.
Bake at 180*C until dry matches.
Cut with a knife the biscuits :-)
Next, take the warmer (:-)) proteins. As you know, the cold whites whipped faster. But! They also lose their shape faster, although having a more dense structure.
We need to white eggs were and absorbed as much oxygen and was stable.
So, beat the whites on low speed samoy. Albeit slowly, but trying to drive them more oxygen :-)
When the foam cap to be sustainable, add gradually powdered sugar.
And at the end add citric acid. Beat up the steep peaks.
The round Korzhik put a tablespoon of ice cream. Better, of course, chocolate, or other color. Nearby we have, of course, was only creamy. Well at least with the chocolate chips :-)
Take a pastry bag with a wide round nozzle, fill with cream and squeeze out in a spiral, climbing up. Check the below ice cream from all sides were tightly closed with a protein cream.
Bake at 230*With about 4-5 mins So that the cream is lightly browned.
Ice cream does not melt due to air bubbles in the meringue, so be sure that the ice closed completely from all sides!
Next, I removed the Christmas trees on the frosty balcony and went to "walk" :-)
Take them out of the cold, decorate with the chopped marmalade (the pieces themselves stick to the meringue) and sprinkle with green coconut.
Use immediately or again in cold until serving :-)
