Step by step instruction of cooking Turkey in cheese and sage

The Turkey cut into pieces ( as in goulash ). The fat into small pieces.
In a pan melt the butter, add the sage. After 2-3 minutes add the Turkey and bacon.

To give "brown" meat on a slow fire, add salt, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Then add diced cheese, cover and leave to simmer for another 10 minutes.
