Ingredients for Ginger cookies
- Flour - 270 g
- Butter - 90 g
- Honey - 70 g
- Brown sugar - 60 g
- Sugar - 25 g
- Cinnamon - 3/4 tbsp
- Ginger - 3/4 tbsp
- Carnation - 1/4 tsp
- Leavening agent - 5 g
- Water - 90 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Ginger cookies

In a saucepan, heat water, honey, sugar, spices and stirring constantly bring to a boil.
