I have the habit to collect interesting recipes from magazines, Internet, etc. This recipe from one magazine (don't know which one:)) has long been in my cookbook, but I cooked it today for the first time. I can say that it is better to use cold, but warm is also very tasty.
Ingredients for Raspberry cream
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Milk - 4 tbsp
- Green tea - 2 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp
- Raspberry - 250 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Yolk egg - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Raspberry cream

Place in the oven preheated to 170 degrees, approximately half an hour. Careful not to burn. Then sprinkle a little sugar on top and place under the grill for a few minutes, until the sugar has turned into caramel. Remove from oven, cool, and eat!:)
