- Flour - 2 stack.

For the filling, whisk in a food processor or with a mixer all ingredients (cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, butter, starch). Pour the filling in the form, on top of the fruit.

Put the form in the oven for about 30 – 40 minutes in the preheated oven and bake 30 minutes – 40, focusing on stuffing: it should be slightly harden. By this time, prepare the top layer.
Whisk the whites to a froth.

Grind nuts and chocolate.

Add in the beaten egg whites powdered sugar, chopped chocolate and nuts. Whisk one more time.
