Step by step instruction of cooking Tough-pilaf

The chicken is cooked in the spices.
A set of the following spices: salt, black pepper, Basil, dried ginger (fresh), herbs for poultry, herbs of Provence, rosemary (salt and pepper at your discretion, and all the rest - a pinch).

Ready chicken cut into portions. I have it cooked for a long time(I have no time, I "Cook" hangs :-D :-D ), so from the bones of chicken passed. And it is the best.

In chicken broth cook rice. I to all the flavor that was added more cumin and turmeric for color.

Onion minced (quarter-rings) and fry in vegetable oil.
