The ventricles rinse well, boil in salted water, cool, cut straws.
Cut onion into half rings and fry together with the ventricles in vegetable oil until zolotisty.
Potatoes cut into pernarowski grated into strips, boil in boiling water for 3 minutes, recline in a colander, rinse with cold water, dry on a paper towel.
Meanwhile, make the sauce.
Garlic passed through the press, mix with vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, glutamate, salt, Basil and pepper.
In a Cup, mix the chopped cilantro, the ventricles, the potatoes, dress with the sauce.
Infuse in the refrigerator for a couple hours
and eat with a big appetite!
