A quick, but impressive salad.
Ingredients for Hot salad
- Lettuce - 6 PCs
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 350 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Hot salad
Thoroughly wash all products, clean bow.
Cut the mushrooms into 2 parts.
Bell pepper cut into large slices.
In a well heated pan fry the mushrooms in olive oil. After roasting put them in another bowl.
Then in a pan fry the bell pepper, but first a couple of minutes will cover them with a lid, allow to steam, and then removing the cover, fry on strong fire. Put the mushrooms, salt them and pepper.
Cut onion and fry it in hot oil on high heat for about a minute, add two tablespoons of vinegar. Keep on heat for another 20 seconds, and then add to the onions mushrooms and peppers and fry all together for another minute over high heat.
Spread on a dish. Bon appetit!
