Ingredients for Chum salmon in the test
- Chum - 1.3 kg
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Puff pastry - 500 g

- Cheese - 2 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Chum salmon in the test
Fillet cut into portion pieces, sprinkle with spices.
In a pan fry the fish with two sides for 3 minutes.
Mayonnaise mixed with cheese, onions and tomatoes cut into rings (or half rings).
