Very gentle, airy and easy to prepare mousse. The cake requires no baking and special skills to prepare. For a very long time I was puzzled with a choice of cake for his birthday! I and my guests were very pleased.

To dissolve gelatin.
Thawed raspberries, drained (do not pour)the juice, add a little sugar to warm up.
