Ingredients for The chicken rice pot
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Figure - 200 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Soy sauce
- Lemon juice
- Peppers red hot chilli
Step by step instruction of cooking The chicken rice pot
Chicken fillet cut into pieces.
Onion cut into small cubes.
Sliced fillet add the onion, pepper, salt to taste, add the soy sauce, lemon juice.
Cover with a lid, preferably of smaller size and put in the refrigerator, preferably overnight, but not for long.
In a pot pour 100g. rice.
Pour water so that the water level was at 10-15 mm above the rice.
Add the chicken together with the onion and get the juice.
Put in a cold oven, preheat the oven on high heat to a temperature of 200-220 degrees and simmer until the rice is tender (on average, after heating oven about 25-30 minutes).
Serve in pots.
