- Crab sticks - 250 g

- Pepper white
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 5 to 6 tbsp
- Sour cream - 300 g
- Mayonnaise - 150 g
- Carrots - 7 PCs
- Olive oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Salmon patties Gourmet
Cooked and fried with two sides of the stacked cakes in a deep pan or skillet. Put the sliced carrots.
Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, add a little water and salt. The resulting mixture should be thick yogurt. Fill the patties with the carrots. Cover with a lid and simmer on a slow fire until cooked carrots.
