On the eve of the carnival I would like to share with you my version of the crepe cake, which is not difficult to prepare and very tasty. Did it on the recent birthday of her husband, the guests didn't remain indifferent!!!!!!!

Each hostess their unique recipes of pancakes, so you can just bake on a favorite recipe.
And for those who are still undecided or just not experienced I detail the recipe for cooking pancakes.
Make the dough for pancakes: whisk 3 eggs with milk (preferably it before use, hold at room temperature for 20-30 min), add salt, sugar and gradually introduce the flour. I wrote 1 tbsp. flour, but maybe a little more, just need to look at the consistency of the dough. The dough should be not too liquid and not too thick, i.e. when pouring it with a spoon, it must gently, carefully and slowly draining. Knead the dough without lumps, add 2 tbsp oil and turmeric powder on the tip of a knife, for a beautiful Golden color. Leave the dough to stand for 15 minutes.

Bake pancakes on a heated pan, the first time for the first pancake grease the pan with butter. Out of this amount, 10-13 pancakes, it all depends on the diameter of the pan.
During the baking process of pancakes, boil 4 eggs.

Then another pancake, mayonnaise and top with ham.
Next pancake, mayonnaise and cheese on top.
And so on.
