Another very useful vitamin salad from my recipe collection! For this time of year, what you need!!! Try for your health!!!
Ingredients for Salad "Vitamin"
- Beets - 2 PCs
- Radish - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Cheese - 100-150 g
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Vitamin"
Boil beetroot. Cool. Grate on a coarse grater or cut into strips (as you like).
Radishes and carrots grate on a fine grater. Add to the beets.
Onions cut in small semicircles. Add to grated vegetables. Add pepper, salt (if needed).
In mayonnaise add the crushed garlic, mix well. Pour our vegetables. All mix thoroughly and spread in a salad bowl full. The pile of salad sprinkle with grated cheese.
