Ingredients for Grissini torinesi
- Flour - 250 g
- Semolina - 2 tbsp
- Water - 120 ml
- Yeast - 1/2 tsp.
- Butter - 30 g
- Honey - 1 Cup.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Grissini torinesi
Sift the flour, add the yeast, salt, honey. And gradually adding water knead the dough, so the dough get cool enough.
Roll it into the reservoir 10x20 cm on the Board dusted with semolina.
Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with semolina and Italian spices. Cover with cling film and leave to rise for 1 hour in the heat.
Roll out the dough thickness of about 1 cm or less and a long sharp knife to slice into thin strips approximately 0.5 cm.
On a baking sheet to put baking paper and spread grissini. Bake in a hot oven (about 220 C) for 10-15 minutes until the grissini are Golden brown.
