This recipe I read in the book "Russian cooking" 1962 edition (at the time a neighbor who worked as a cook, supplied). - Pork - 400 g
- Potatoes - 5 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Celery root - 200 g
- Mushrooms - 1 Gorst.
- Broth - 500 ml
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Cabbage - 4 PCs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Ear pork

Pork cut into small pieces. Fry in a pan with a little oil until Golden brown, salted and pepper.
