Ingredients for Pepper vodka
- Alcohol - 420 ml
- Water - 500 ml
- Honey - 3 tsp.
- Peppers red hot chilli - 1 piece
- Carnation - 3 PCs
- Coriander - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pepper vodka
Dissolve the honey in hot water. To cool the solution. Pour into a glass container.
Pour in a solution of alcohol (if you pour the water into alcohol, the liquid is turbid).
Instead of alcohol and water you can take 1 liter of vodka, in this case, the honey dissolved in a small amount of warmed vodka.
Add whole pepper, cloves and coriander.
Insist at least 3 weeks (preferably in a dark place). The longer brewing, the richer the taste.
Before use, the beverage can be filtered (optional).
