Ingredients for Jelly
- Beef - 300-500 g
- Pork - 300-500 g
- Veal - 30-500 g
- Leg - 1 piece
- Bacon - 250 g
- Greens
- Garlic
- Onion - 1 piece
- Dry white wine - 300 ml
- Salt
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Jelly

Prepare all the ingredients. Onions, garlic to clean. Greens wash and tie the thread in a bouquet.

Put in a saucepan the pork leg, bacon, greens, onion, garlic and three kinds of meat. Pour the wine or vermouth and water. Cook on slow fire for 4-5 hours.

To remove the meat and the leg from the broth. Strain the broth.

Remove the meat from the bones and finely chop, along with beef, pork and veal. Season with salt and pepper.

To shift meat mass into shape. Pour in the stock. Cool, then place in the refrigerator until fully cured.
