Delicious classic French dessert. My mistake was that I started to make this dessert in silicone molds, it is so tender that I couldn't completely pull out of the molds. It must be do in portion cups and eat from them.
Ingredients for Clafoutis with apples and cherries
- Apple - 1 piece
- Cherry - 15 PCs
- Butter - 25 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 50 g
- Flour - 7 tbsp
- Milk - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Clafoutis with apples and cherries
