Today was looking for a recipe for Hungarian goulash as many recipes and each is interesting in its own way. This recipe I found in my cooking book that I gave my husband many years ago.
Ingredients for Hungarian goulash
- Meat - 600 g
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Sweet pepper - 3 PCs
- Onion - 3 PCs
- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 50 g
- Sunflower oil
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Parsley
- Peppers red hot chilli - One
