Ingredients for German rye bread
- Water - 400 ml
- Coffee natural - 2 tsp.
- Bran - 90 g
- Flour - 170 g
- Rye flour - 240 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Cocoa powder - 1.5 tbsp
- Cumin - 2 tbsp
- Yeast - 2.5 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking German rye bread

Put all the ingredients into the bread machine pan. In my bread maker (LG) fit as I have listed. Mode expose for the baking of rye bread (I have a "Russian chef" 3 hours 40 minutes). Crust color - dark (optional).
