Cut the crusts from the bread and grind in a blender to crumbs, add the parsley and Basil and again to scroll through to get mixed up.
Then put on a dry surface in a thin layer, let dry at room temperature, all the time stirring (3 hours).
Folded into plastic containers and store in the refrigerator.
Suitable for meat, fish, cutlets.
