Minestrone is a dish Italian cuisine, light soup with seasonal vegetables, sometimes with the addition of pasta or rice. Minestrone is one of the most common in Italian dishes.

Step by step instruction of cooking Minestrone

I had prepared chicken broth.
All the vegetables I washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces. Canned beans washed.

Tomato pour the boiling water (so easy to clean the skin), cleaned, cut into pieces without seeds.

After 5-7 minutes, added the cauliflower, broccoli, bell pepper, green beans, green beans, zucchini. And everything cooked for another 5 minutes.
Added tomato, Provencal herbs include: thyme, oregano, rosemary, savory, sage, Basil, marjoram, mint.
All cooked until tender vegetables.
At the very end before shutting down added canned beans.
Salt to taste.
