This stew is more suitable for cold winter evenings. But, stumbled on it by accident, when I reviewed my archive, and decided to share the recipe now.
Ingredients for Stew with chickpeas and sausages in tomato sauce
- Chickpeas - 1 Cup.
- Potatoes - 5 PCs
- Sausage - 5 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Tomato - 250 ml
- Basil - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Stew with chickpeas and sausages in tomato sauce
Chickpeas soak overnight. Boil in salted water until tender, about 1 hour.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces, boil in salted water for 10-15 minutes.
Hunting sausages cut into circles.
Onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until Golden color.
To the onion mix in the sausages and fry for 4-5 minutes.
In the onion-sausage mixture is ready add the potatoes and chickpeas. All mix well. Add the pureed tomatoes, passed through the press garlic, and Basil. Season with salt and pepper. Pour 1 Cup of water and simmer for another 5 minutes.
