Step by step instruction of cooking A La Risotto

Cook the beef broth.
After an hour add the onions, celery, cumin.

From the finished broth to remove the meat and cool.
Cut the meat into pieces.

Fry the onion, add the grated carrots to overcook together.

Mix grated on a grater cheese, milk, 2 eggs, salt to taste.

Beat with a fork.

Add in cheese-omleto mixture, washed rice, meat, fried onions and carrots, 2 cups cooked hot broth.

Mix well.

Pour into a mold, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 220*C.
