Ingredients for Focaccia Lucana
- Flour - 250 g
- Water - 160 ml
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1-2 tsp
- Yeast - 2-3 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Paprika sweet - 3-4 tbsp
- Olive oil - 3-4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Focaccia Lucana
RUB the yeast with sugar, add a little water, stir and leave to ferment for 10 minutes
To shift the yeast with the remaining water and gradually adding the flour, knead the dough, adding the salt and oil. Thoroughly knead the dough for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough into a ball and put in greased bowl, let rise for 30 minutes. I did the kneading in the bread maker.
