Offer you a recipe for rolls scrambled eggs that are made very quickly and simply. This is a recipe from a cooking magazine (the name, unfortunately, I will not say, because I got only a clipping of the recipe). And since the name of the dish "Chelsea"(which I have not invented, it was called), that I dedicate these rolls to our cook-Tanya(Chelsea). Tanya, this is for you.

Step by step instruction of cooking Rolls Chelsea

Prepare the filling: cottage cheese rubbed with salt, pepper+ pressed garlic + chopped spinach (pre-washed and squeeze out excess water), and I have a little bit of garlic.
Mix well and season with mayonnaise (or sour cream is optional).
If instead of cottage cheese processed cheese, cheese to grate, then the same as with cheese.

Now prepare the dough for rolls. For this well whisk the eggs with the mayonnaise and flour (I did this in a food processor) + salt, pepper to your taste.

I have sour cream with salt and pepper.
And bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. I baked it in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Put on plate and top with the sauce in which the rolls have baked, decorate as desired (I have leaves of garlic and top with sun-dried tomatoes).
