Porter - this beer is very original. This recipe is proof. Meat baked in the Irish porter has a rich homemade flavor.
Ingredients for Veal porter
- Flour - 50 g
- Veal - 900 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper
- Nutmeg - 1/2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Butter - 25 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Dark beer - 600 ml
- Orange - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 3 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Veal porter

Preheat the oven to 180*C.
Roll cubes of meat in mixture of flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

In a saucepan, heat half of oil and butter. Fry the meat.
Separately fry the onion, garlic. After 5 min. add sugar, stirring constantly, fry 1 min. until the sugar thickens.
To combine meat and onion, add the orange juice and zest, stout and Bay leaf.

Cover and place in oven for 2 hours. Periodically stir and add liquid if the sauce becomes too thick.
