Not going to put up this recipe because this is my failed experiment. I wanted to make cheesecake, and on top of that was jelly, but it turned out as always catastrophically (because of the jelly-solanie cakes I wasn't standing, I definitely Fucks up everything! don't know why! kind of experience that is). But after this morning, I kneaded the fourth piece of this abortive miracle, I decided to post the recipe because it is DELICIOUS!
Ingredients for Cheesecake-jelly
- Curd - 300 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,7 stack.
- Pudding - 1 Pach.
- Jelly - 1 Pach.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheesecake-jelly
Mix in blender the cheese, sour cream, yolks, baking powder, vanilla, rum essence (optional), powder pudding. Separately, beat egg whites and sugar. Mix both masses
Bake at 180 deg. 60-80 minutes
Cheesecake cool, jello (in 2 cups water) is mixed with 1.5 cups of water
