Ingredients for Chicken rolls in grape juice
- Chicken fillet - 6 PCs
- Soft cheese - 3 PCs
- Juice - 1 Cup.
- Grapes - 300 g
- Bacon - 6 lat.
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Butter - 60 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken rolls in grape juice
Chicken to fight off the package, season with salt and pepper. On each slice put 10 g of butter, a slice of bacon.
On the bacon put half of a plate of cheese.
Fold rolls, stab with a toothpick.
Put the rolls on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet and add the juice.
Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Grapes cut into slices and fry in a little vegetable oil, add water, curry, salt and simmer until soft.
Ready rolls to release from the toothpicks, cut into slices.
Serve with rice (or other garnish), watering sauce made from grapes.
