Without baking. Very tasty cookies! Or someone, maybe call it candy... Quite quickly prepared, and the result is stunning. The exotic taste of dates with nuts and crispy rice. Help yourself!
Ingredients for Custard cookies with dried fruit and rice
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Powdered sugar - 1 Cup.
- Date - 1.5 stack.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Figure - 2.5 stack.
- Hazelnuts - 1/2 stack.
- Vanilla - 1 tsp.
- Coconut shavings - 1.5 stack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Custard cookies with dried fruit and rice
In a water bath melt the butter.
Add the oil, dates, powdered sugar, eggs and salt.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 20 minutes, until the mixture becomes very thick. Remove from heat and let cool.
Add rice Krispies, nuts and vanilla. I have not found in nearby stores just puffed rice, so I bought and used the bread from puffed rice. Hazelnut if you want you can roast.
Roll into small balls and abulaiti coconut.
Refrigerate 20 minutes before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
