I bought wheat flour with bran and decided to bake bread. And besides, I wanted to use store-bought bread kvass. But such prescriptions were not, and I came up with my recipe. - Yeast - 1.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 150 g
- Rye flour - 150 g
