This is my anniversary, 200th recipe, this "Surprise" I want to dedicate a nice, responsive, kind and funny my girls-girlfriends Svetlicka (Fox), Larocque (Lzaika) and Tanya(Vodolaga). Girls, dear, with all my heart for you I prepared this cake of soft dough, baked with a mild protein-coconut cream, soaked in a creamy custard cream with boiled condensed milk and drizzled with strands of chocolate glaze!
Ingredients for Cake Surprise
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
- Sugar - 2 stack.
- Margarine - 250 g
- Flour - 2.5 stack.
- Soda slaked vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla - 2 pack.
- Coconut shavings - 60 g
- Milk - 3 tbsp.
- Butter - 50 g
- Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake Surprise
Beat the yolks with the vanilla and 1 Cup sugar in a white fluffy mass.
Add the softened margarine, soda, quenched with vinegar, 1 packet of vanillin and flour. Knead the dough, it will slightly stick to the hands.
Put the dough on a greased baking sheet and spread with a spoon dipped in cold water.
Beat the whites without sugar, then whisk, gradually powdering 1/2 Cup sugar. In the end add coconut, stir gently.
Spread coconut cream on the dough, flatten with a spoon, you can make a spoon pattern from the cream.
Put the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake at 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Cover with the second cake, grease remaining cream, cover it with the third layer.
Cook the glaze 3st.l milk, 1 tbsp cocoa, a bag of vanilla, 1/2 Cup sugar and 100 g butter.
Pour the cake on top like so.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for impregnation for 3-4 hours or preferably overnight.
