Ingredients for Beet salad with mushrooms and almonds
- Beets - 300 g
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Lettuce - 1 Puig.
- Almonds - 60 g
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Hell - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Beet salad with mushrooms and almonds
Onions and garlic chop and fry in vegetable oil (1-2 tbsp).
Add chopped slices mushrooms, prisolit that the mushrooms let the juice and fry until the mushrooms acquire a Golden hue.
Sauteed mushrooms remove from heat and cool.
Boiled beets clean and cut. The pieces should be about the same as mushrooms.
Fill the beets with a mixture of salt, pepper, horseradish, mustard, vinegar and vegetable oil (1 tbsp).
Lettuce to break it.
Almonds lightly crushed with a knife, the pieces need to be quite large.
Mix lettuce, beets, mushrooms and almonds.
