Dear cooks, I think many of you faced with the need for coconut milk. This is because it is so many interesting recipes! Not everywhere you can find a Bank so exotic for our climate product. But we will not stop! Exotic coconut milk at home? Easy!

Small coconut (if large, chop them in a coffee grinder) combine milk and sugar. To put weight on the fire and bring to boil. Once it boils, reduce the heat and cook, stirring constantly, 10-15 minutes.
Strain through cheesecloth or a fine sieve, pressing well coconut (you can use the yoke).
Cooling the milk (I usually put a bowl of milk in cold water) and put in the fridge for 30-40 minutes until light thick.
Milk can be safely used in baking. Just keep in mind! It is sweet!
