This is the first dish I learned to make from her husband. I loved it, and today remains one of the most beloved. There are 2 options of fillings - meat (usually we do in the winter) and vegetable (summer). The dish can be eaten alone or with garnish, such as rice. Can serve as a cold appetizer. Our finely cut greens. Here whatever is in the fridge, any greens.

The tomatoes I threw in the blender and made a puree. You can finely chop. Also finely chop the pepper.
