My favorite and most delicious vegetable supik. No claim to originality. Just decided to recall the old recipe.
Ingredients for Vegetable supik
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Green peas - 0,5 ban.
- Dill - 1 Puig.
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Potatoes - 2-3 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable supik
Cut potatoes. Throw in the broth.
Cut the cabbage. Throw in the broth. When the cabbage is ready, add the peas or corn and greens. Yes, the greens really should be a lot. Season with salt and pepper.
All supik ready.
Serve with sour cream.
Finely chopped fillet, peel the onion, cut the carrots (as you like). Boil the broth.
